| 1. | The whole machine adopts 4- -frequency-conversion motor for control and the whole machine tension (including coating, baking oven, traction and reeling) adopts German Siemens PLC system for automatic control which improves reliability for the whole machine tension through T aiwan weinview human-machine interface touch screen for control and display. |
| 2. | Material-discharging shelf is independent and adopts magnetic powder for control of automatic tension. |
| 3. | Coating scraper shaft in overlapping curve coating mode adopts heavy double- shaft type for mechanical independent moving about. Scraper adjustment mode is manual with pneumatic type which angle can be arbitrarily adjusted, coating weight depends on target line of anilox roller and different coating weight can be exchanged with anilox roller for different target line. |

Inlet and outlet air force for hot-air entering-type drying system and adjustable internal recycling air-sucking and air-exhausting device is strong and drying is thorough. |
