Product Description
Brief Introduction of theCoating Machine:
Our cutting-edge coating machine is skillfully engineered for the rolling, mixing, and polishing of spherical and granular materials, catering to diverse sectors such as food, light industry, and chemicals. This includes a plethora of applications: from the exquisite polishing of chocolate, wrapping peanuts, and sugaring, to seasoning, crafting glutinous rice balls, and forming pearl powder balls. Additionally, it excels in rolling desiccants, producing chemical fillers, aluminum hydroxide balls, alumina balls, ceramic ball molecular sieves, and catalysts, among others.
Structure:
The innovative coating machine boasts a robust structure comprising the main body, a worm gear box, a sugar coating pan, a heating device, a fan, electrical components, and other essential parts. The interior is expertly designed for optimal rolling and rubbing motions, ensuring superior sugar coating mixing, pill making, and polishing effects.

Instructions for Use:
1. Begin by adding water to the material intended for coating, ensuring a thorough mix (ideal water content is between 30%-40%). Once ready, activate the machine to commence the coating process.
2. As the ball plate operates seamlessly, introduce the mixed material into it. With the rotation, materials rise and fall under gravity's influence, gradually forming a base core within 2-3 minutes, achieving a diameter between 1-3mm. During this phase, incorporate dry powder into the forming disc, simultaneous with mist spraying. This allows the base core to expand until it meets the desired particle size for the final product, which will then elegantly overflow from the disc's edge.
3. Tailor the particle size of the final product by adjusting the ball plate's angle. A smaller angle results in larger particle sizes, while a larger angle yields smaller sizes.
4. Post-coating completion, ensure the ball forming disc is meticulously cleaned, readying it for its next use.
